Virrey del Pino,(actually, Juan Manuel de Rosas ,is the most important departament of la Matanza, It, was designed for Profesor alfonso Corso, and its used by the goverment of Federico Russo. |
La Matanza is one state by Buenos aires. With the conquest of America, Juan de Garay gave "Virrey del Pino" lands to important people. In 1609, he gave lands to capitan Don Cristobal ignacio de Loyola. When he died, her douther Isabel de Guzman was the owner of the lands, she get married with capitan Navarro. At the same time Juan de San Martin instaleded in the lands which belong to Isabel, and
constructed a lot of buildings that has been preserved to this days. Judgements through the dauther inherits,when capitan Navarro died. Her dauther married with Capitan Lopéz de Tarija. After inheritances,sales and enlargements, the 11 th of september in 1805, Doña Mercedes Saraza, the ouner of the "chacra", get married in second chance with don jose maria del pino, he is not the virrey del Pino, we are talking about.
After some time we know the Stays with the name of pino, in april 20 th of 1822,the sign of Rosas Terrero and Cia,bought the stays of Pino. When Juan Manuel de Rosas assumes as the goverment of B.A dissolves the society , and the stays belong
to Rosas. The stays is one of the places where its signed the fact of Cañuelas between lavalle and Rosas. After some inheritances and sales, the sign Justo Hermanos sold the stays in 1970 to the Municipality . In 1942, was declared hitorical national monument and in 1972, it was created the historical museum of La Matanza.
